Suction and discharge reed valves inspected and renewed. Broken or leaking reeds are one of the most common causes of lost capacity — and a classic symptom of liquid slugging upstream.
Head removed and gasket faces checked. Surface condition here decides whether the rebuild seals properly or leaks back within months.
End cover off and bearing housing exposed. Crankshaft, bearings and clearances are measured against OEM tolerances — not judged by eye.
Stator rewound with new copper windings and slot insulation. In-house motor work means a burnout doesn't automatically become a new compressor and a three-month lead time.
Reassembled to OEM procedure with torque values observed and shaft seals renewed. Nothing leaves our workshop without pressure and run testing.
