Full disassembly in our workshop. Every component inspected for wear, scoring, cracking and damage before anything is measured against OEM tolerances.

Suction and discharge reed valves inspected and renewed. Broken or leaking reeds are one of the most common causes of lost capacity — and a classic symptom of liquid slugging upstream.

Head removed and gasket faces checked. Surface condition here decides whether the rebuild seals properly or leaks back within months.

Stator rewound with new copper windings and slot insulation. In-house motor work means a burnout doesn't automatically become a new compressor and a three-month lead time.
